Cogolin is a French commune in the department of Var in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, in southeast France. The city is located about 10 kilometers west of Saint-Tropez and 50 kilometers east of Toulon. The municipality has about 11,000 inhabitants and has become a popular tourist destination in recent years.
Cogolin Town Hall Cogolin also regularly hosts markets selling local produce such as fruit and vegetables, olive oil, honey and wine. A highlight is the market on Saturday morning, where handicrafts and souvenirs are also offered. On the coast is Les Marines de Cogolin with a sandy beach and a large marina with 1800 berths, which is similar to the neighboring Port Grimaud.
