The house is situated in a quiet and sheltered domain about 2.5km from the nearest beach and Port Grimaud. All shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The holiday home comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the toilet on the upper floor on approx. 40m². On the lower floor is the living room with a sofa bed. Half a flight of stairs up is an open, fully equipped kitchen. There are two terraces: a small one in front of the house and a larger one (loggia) behind the house with a beautiful view of Grimaud .
A reserved parking space is in front of the house. There are three pools for free use by residents.
Equipment: Smart TV, satellite TV (free channels), cable TV (french), dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, air conditioning, WiFi (high-speed internet with up to 250Mbit!)
Pets are not allowed.

Arrival is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.; after consultation with the manager on site.
